About the Blog

Hi! This is a blog about the mischief of my two cockapoos, Shortcake (a.k.a. Shorty) and Rosy. I am a student who would later wish to be a zoologist and/or author. I also own three hamsters: Smoke n' Mirrors (More commonly referred to as "Smokes"), Truffles, and Vanilla Bean. Rosy is my oldest dog. She's about eight years old. She's a real sweetheart and my first dog. Shorty is the newest addition. She's only about eight weeks old. Shorty has practically the same personality as Rosy, except much more submissive, which means Rosy is the alpha of the canines. And Rosy is a bit more glamorous.
Both of my pups are standards (well, Shorty is supposed to be a standard), meaning they are cockapoos that weigh twenty pounds or more. It doesn't necessarily mean they were bred with a standard poodle (In fact, both had miniature poodles as a parent). I love the pack to death which is why I started this blog, sharing their training challenges and their fun. I also started this blog to shed some light on these designer dogs and to inform about puppy mills (yes, I'm getting to that. It's weird that I haven't talked about it yet.), in which Rosy was born.
