Shorty's First Day

Presenting the politest and cutest puppy ever:

Strawberry Shortcake "Shorty" Foxy Cabbage. Also known as "the puppy". She's so docile! And she prances around. And she has a tail! Rosy's was docked too short, so it's more of a stump. Anyway, Rosy and Shorty had a great introduction. They're a bit frisky, I admit, but still like each other. As i speak, they're cuddled together! The only big problem is food bowls. Shorty thinks both are hers. Or used too, at least. Rosy's rank is higher than Shorty's, for sure. Which is good, because Shorty has a slightly more submissive personality.
Oh, and did I mention they have exactly the same personality? Both are placid but noisy when they need to be. They're a bit needy, but love it when you cuddle with them. And they love, love, love playing.
Two and a half hours of driving can wear you out! But that and back was worth it for this sweetie!
The breeder came out with Rosy and showed us her mother (again) and her grandmother. All of them are black! It was like going through the ages!
Then we went back. We have a pet safety seatbelt that she handled well, but she didn't like her other harness. You should see her little tail go! She's an adorable little pup, and she's so lovable!
